Account Deletion Weightlss support

Delete your Weightlss account.

If you can still sign in, open Weightlss and use the Delete Account option in settings. This removes your Weightlss account and associated app data from Weightlss. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address attached to your account.

Email requests should come from your account email.

That helps Weightlss verify ownership before processing the deletion request.

Delete in the app if you can

The in-app delete flow is the fastest path. Open Weightlss, go to settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] and request account deletion. Weightlss may ask you to verify account ownership before completing an email-based request.

Sign in with Apple

If you used Sign in with Apple to create or access your Weightlss account, deleting your Weightlss account removes your account and associated app data from Weightlss.

You can also revoke Weightlss access from your Apple ID settings:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name.
Tap Sign-In & Security.
Tap Sign in with Apple.
Select Weightlss.
Tap Stop Using Apple ID.

This prevents future Sign in with Apple access for Weightlss from your Apple ID.

Sign in with Google

If you used Google to create or access your Weightlss account, deleting your Weightlss account removes your account and associated app data from Weightlss.

You can also remove Weightlss from your Google account permissions:

Go to your Google Account.
Open Security.
Under "Your connections to third-party apps & services," select Weightlss.
Choose the option to remove access.

What to expect

Deleted: Your Weightlss account and the user data associated with that account.
May Be Retained: Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Timing: After ownership is verified, Weightlss will confirm the request and the expected completion window by email.
